Keep Bulloch Beautiful, Bulloch County, and the Cities of Statesboro, Brooklet, and Portal are pleased to announce that Single-Stream Curbside Recycling is being offered to the residents and businesses of the Cities of Statesboro, Brooklet, and Portal for the annual fee of $20.

Single-Stream recycling is a recycling process in which materials are co- mingled together. Rinsed aluminum and tin cans and plastic bottles (numbers 1 and 2 ONLY e.g. milk jugs, plastic drink bottles, and detergent containers) can all be recycled in this bin along with magazines, junk mail, newspaper, paper, paperboard, cardboard, and plastic bags.
The number denoting the type of plastic can be found in the chasing arrows on the container.
Glass will not be accepted in the cart. Please continue to take all of your glass products to any of the sixteen recycling centers in Bulloch County.
Your cart will need to be placed curbside by 8:00 a.m every Wednesday or Thursday
