Shop for seasonal plants, trees, and shrubs, participate in children's activities such as flowerpot painting or making recycled watering cans, have some FREE food and pickup a FREE seedling to plant in your yard in honor of Arbor Day!

Thank you to all of the participants who dropped their Christmas tree off to be recycled at KBB's annual Christmas tree recycling event, "Bring One for the Chipper"!  Despite the freezing temperatures, we collected 143 trees; 50 of which are going to be used in ponds as wildlife habitat and 93 were chipped into mulch.

A special thanks to the volunteers from the KBB board, Parks & Recreation Department and the county, and also a big thanks to the folks from Anderson's General Store!  We couldn't have done it without all of you!
