KBB conducts beautification projects throughout the community, including landscaping projects at schools, non-profit centers, and public areas. Past and ongoing projects include landscaping Habitat for Humanity houses, landscaping school grounds and outdoor classrooms, landscaping highways and corridors, and landscaping of non-profit centers.
These projects take place throughout the year and we are always looking for volunteer participation. Please contact our office if you are interested in participating.
KBB also has a community tool bank which houses a variety of tools and simple lawn equipment needed to complete a beautification project. If you would like to organize your own project and need tools, please contact us about borrowing them.
In addition, KBB offers financial support to schools, churches, and non-profit centers for the purpose of beautification projects. Community Assistance Program guidelines will be online soon
